THE JOB
- Handle live chat, customer calls and helpdesk support on our daily deals
- Follow up customer requests and/or technical support cases
- Provide assistance to help customers resolve problems encountered
- Escalate technical issues to application support for additional troubleshooting
- Monitor SLA metrics according to customer agreements and internal regulation
THE PERSON
- Diploma / Higher Diploma holder in IT related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proactive, Patient, service-oriented and possess good communication
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Team player, with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Day and night shift is required (no need overnight)
