Responsibilities

You will be responsible for being a Data Entry Officer who will work with our Solutions team, focusing on the data/content update work across different digital projects, in particular for large scale websites, web portals, intranet, etc. The work may also extend to the handling of the content maintenance assignment for some projects in post-launched stage, quality assurance, documentation/reports preparation, which form part of the deliverables in a wide range of projects.

Candidates looking for flexi-hour/work-from-home/part-time mode can also be considered. 

What You Will Need

• Support the Solutions team and be guided and trained on handling projects related assignment, in particular on data/content update;
• Have work experience in the commercial field, especially from a creative/interactive/solution agency or system integrator, will be an advantage;
• With a general understanding on web technology, including but not limited to Content Management System (CMS) basic operation, HTML, and simple CSS/JavaScript editing;
• Affinity to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, also having the opportunity to work on-site with our strategic client;
• Proficiency on English and Chinese languages, both written and oral; knowledge on other languages will be an advantage;
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, hardworking. Especially with customer support work experience will be a plus;
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility;
• Attention to detail and able to work independently;
• Graduated from tertiary institute, preferably on digital, information technology, software development, computer science, multimedia or related field.  Candidate who are currently studying in these fields will also be considered.
