Responsibilities:

• Provide system/software design, development and enhancement to capture corporate expansion and business needs
• Assist in various IT projects to achieve desired results on time & within budget
• Participate in development team by providing effective guidance and coaching to team members
• Manage software design, system development, development testing and deployment as well as solution delivery and implementation
• Participate in feasibility, proof-of-concept evaluation and implementation of novel business solution leveraging business-enabling technology
• Identifies and tracks critical path/activities, dependencies, risks, contingencies and alternatives and offer suggestions to get projects back on track when necessary
• Present deliverable, risks, issues and status to senior stakeholders and managers
• Coordinate resource allocations across projects
• Identify, coordinate and manage project resources and resource assignments
• Use appropriate verification techniques to handle changes in project scope, schedule and cost

Requirements:

• HD or above in Computer Sciences, IT or related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT profession
• At least 2 years' solid project & technical management experience
• Hands-on experience in planning, implementing, and maintaining IT project
• Knowledge of RPG-ILE, RPG Free, CL, SQL, AS/400 environments, DB2 Database 
• Ability to write program specification and coding from program specifications
• Good understanding of Warehourse Management System (WMS) or any WMS package
• Knowledge of integration of WMP with ERP system is advantageous
• Prior project management experience exhibiting ability to follow solid project management principles
• Excellent analytical, written and oral communication and skills
