Job Description
Our Client is an IT Vendor on Cyber Security Solution. Due to expansion, they are seeking for a technical customer service representative to monitor cyber safety for their customers. This position is based in Hong Kong and covers APAC.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Internet traffic and report in case of cyber attacks
- Fast response on security breaches and update customers on the progress of contingency plan
- Provide the right information to internal team that can help speedup recovery process
- Support customers via phone or email and ensure customer satisfaction, escalate to next level if required
- Shift duties are required
