Job Purpose

Reporting to Head of Infrastructure to provide comprehensive infrastructure support and to participate in various new initiatives from end-to-end flow, front-to-back operations and regulatory and compliance requirements in PRC, Singapore and HK offices to accommodate business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain current infrastructure platform while at the same time to review and propose new thought of reengineering and enhancing the platform on a continual basis
• Participate in all areas of the Company’s IT new initiatives including project planning, implementation and deployment. Plan, propose, design and implement new technology upgrades and system/infrastructure related projects
• Architect, design and implement security projects including firewalls, network access control, endpoint security control, vulnerability management
• Participate in BCP development, DR drill and audit event
• Prepare and review technical documentation and maintain technical documentation for all infrastructure system change and upgrade
• Administer and maintain the integrity and security of corporate network infrastructure, file servers, application servers, database servers, web access servers and e-mail server
• Responsible for all IT security related matter and ensure that the corporate network and security infrastructure setup conform with regulatory requirements and up to industry standard
• Comply with local and group infrastructure standard and policies for current IT infrastructure as well as changes implemented

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline(s)
• Minimum 5 years experience in infrastructure and technical support in investment banking
• Certified in CCIE, CCNP, CISSP, CISA or related professional certification will be an advantage, but not essential
• Strong knowledge of enterprise level routing and switching technology, includes BGP / OSPF protocol, Spanning tree, VTP, QoS and other layer 2 switching protocol running in CISCO network.
• Strong experience on VPN setup, Fortigate and Juniper firewalls administration
• Knowledge on Avaya IP Phone, Avaya voice recorder, Redbox recorder
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure including data communication, networking, hardware, system and database software
• Experience in network design, system management, performance analysis, system security, system upgrade, system administration and server architecture for regional business
• Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory GPO, PRTG, SAN Storage networking setup will be an advantage, but not essential
• Good track record for successful sizable network, server, storage, security, data center, mobility projects implementation is highly desirable
• Must be a strong team player who is able to manage team members and motivate others to achieve positive results
• Strong business sense & awareness of leading IT technology
• Self motivated and able to work independently under minimal supervision and stressful environment
• Good command of spoken and written communications in English & Chinese (including Putonghua).
