Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Help Desk support, IT technical service to internal staff, including Office and Retail Outlets
• Set up and maintain network system and servers
• Provide daily data backup, system health checking & network monitoring duties
• Schedule system and servers back-up and design data restore solution
• Maintain record of all IT service activities in a clear & up-to-date manner
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company standards & security requirements

 Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Computer Studies, Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• 2-3 years relevant experience in IT Technical Support
• Hands on experience in Windows and Mac support is a definite advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to work under pressure 
• Immediately available is highly preferred
