Job Responsibilities

1. Project implementation and installation of e-payment network equipment.
2. Provide technical and operation support to customer.
3. Troubleshooting and maintenance service for network equipment.
4. Shift hot-line telephone support.

Requirements :

1. Higher Diploma or above in IT or equivalent.
2. 2 years or above hand-on experience in networking, debugging skill in raw data level is an advantage.
3. Knowledge in TCP/IP, SSL and Linux.
4. Knowledge in e-payment is preferable, but not must.
5. Able to handle incident independently, responsible and hard-working.
6. Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
