Purpose of Position: 

Provide operational supports to Advertising and Marketing Solutions business unit. Consolidate user requirements and valid data to prepare for new Salesforce (SFDC) booking system project.

Major Job Responsibilities:

• This position reports to Sales Operations Manager and provide operational support to AMS field sales (HK, CN & SG) and cross-functional teams.
• Assist AMS management to prepare data for forecast, budgeting and planning process and analytics.
• Maintain SFDC hygiene, such as report monitoring, regular user reminders and update progress tracking.
• Act as focal point of AMS Sales team and cross-functional team, to communicate SFDC related knowledge and support trouble-shooting.
• Prepare SFDC reports and dashboards for users based on different perspectives.
• Gather and document user requirements of new SFDC booking system design.
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required preferably in business or technical subjects, with 1 or more years of relevant work experiences.
• Computer skills including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential. Knowledge in G-suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Drive etc) is preferable.
• Previous working experiences in SFDC or other CRM systems. SFDC certifications is a big plus but not mandatory.
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
