Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

Assist HR & Training Manager to achieve the defined training goals, implement training strategies and maximize the training outputs for HK & China region.

1.   Training needs identification and Training Records

  • Partner with retail operations and department managers to conduct ongoing training need analysis.
  • Prepare yearly training plan, monitor and control training budget
  • Prepare training proposals & manuals, conduct training courses, manage resource center and update training records

 

2.   Training Program Delivery and Evaluation of Training

  • Develop and design training programs and tools including translation, materials preparation and logistics.
  • Partner with the product development department and brand principals to conduct product & service training programs
  • Provide new staff induction program and other soft skills training
  • Monitor the staff development programs including Management Trainee and fast tract sales trainee programs etc.
  • Measure training effectiveness and assist to develop improvement plan
  • Communicate with external partners to invite proposals for specific training programs

 

3.   In-Store Training Activities

  • Work closely with store-in-charge to conduct in-store training activities, support store operations to achieve a high standard of sales skills and customer service level
  • Develop shop trainers team and enhance their training skills
  • Monitor Mystery Shopping Program and propose improvement plans & actions

 

4.   Ad-hoc projects assigned by Supervisor.

 

 

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • At least 8 years solid experience on training program design and delivery, preferably in retail or customer service industry;
  • Service-oriented, creative, mature & be a good team player;
  • Excellent in communication and presentation skills;
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is a must;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese word processing.
