Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conducting system development and implementation projects (e.g. in-house system developments, includes coordination of users, vendors hardware and software requirements)
Production support of retail application such as POS, CRM and Inventory Management
Preparing and maintaining documentation of IT system development such as training material, report definition, function specification
Providing system supports for users on system operations
Providing system studies and evaluation for requests made by users
Communicating and coordinating with user on system operations and requirements
Provide user training on system operations

Requirements

Higher Diploma / University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines
3-5 years solid experience
Solid experience in .NET, SQL, database programming, BI (Business Object / Qlikview / PowerBI)
Experience in IOS development (Objective C or Swift) will be advantages
Analytical-minded, independent, self-motivated, customer-centric and good communication skill
Retail/Distribution business background
Good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
