Responsibilities

• Create personas through user research and data
• Understand product specifications and user psychology to develop process flows based on user needs
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Work with business units about customer research, design ideas and feedback to implement attractive designs
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role is preferred.
• Strong portfolio of design projects and familiar with customer journey of products
• Background in project management and research
• Proficient in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical mind with a business acumen
• Excellent communication skills, creative and initiative to new trends and technologies
