Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for internal IT support and operations, system installation, office system and other hardware and software maintenance. He/she will work in Windows Domain server installation, configuration, maintenance and problem solving, as well as Windows AD Domain, Exchange Server Maintenance and the management of mailing system. He/she will prepare technical documentation, e.g. infrastructure documentation, technical procedure, project workflow document, UAT document and analyze and evaluate technology options. In addition, he/she needs to collaborate with business users / stakeholders, internal and external technology teams to delivery projects on time on budget, participate in exploring and developing new R&D initiatives and ensure system quality assurance, manage UAT and documentation and provide technical support.
Requirements
• Associate Degree or above in Computer science/Information System/Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of MS Server administration, Active Directory, Powershell, MS Windows, Windows desktop applications
• Knowledge of MS Exchange Server, Sharepoint and O365 are essential
• MSCE holder is a plus
• Knowledge of VMware operation, Hybrid Cloud and Public Cloud by AWS, Azure and IBM is an advantage
• Familiar with desktop Windows, applications, security, email applications
• Familiar with POS terminal operations and different payment devices
• Good communications skills in both English and Chinese
• A good team player, hard-working, willing to learn
