Our client, a major fund house, is seeking for the above talent to cope with its rapid business expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate and facilitate the path to the quality system solutions for the business operations and prepare solution documents
• Conduct quality assurance tests on system jobs or new releases
• Assist in analyzing workflow, define business and systems requirements and perform impact analysis
• Assist in handling of system jobs from different business units by aligning the business needs with the capabilities delivered by IT and prioritize the jobs with users accordingly.
• Provide production and UAT support
• Provide training and coaching to junior staff to uplift their technical skills
• Coordinate and handle special projects as requested
• Act as liaison between business units and IT

REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate in Management Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5+ years’ relevant experience in Business Analyst role preferably in financial
• Experience in projects in Web Page, Marketing, Regulatory, Operation
• Extensive knowledge in pensions domain will be an advantage
• Strong project management and influencing skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
