Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining effective relationships with business clients, local Information System team members, Global Help Desk, and service providers
• Supporting hardware/software purchase by requesting quotations from vendors
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems and networks
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to service management principles
• Providing assistance for meetings and events, as well as video conference setup and support
• Supporting HK IS project implementation and other duties as may reasonably be required.
• Providing ad-hoc non-office hour support in response to business requirements if necessary.

Requirement:

• University degree preferably in computer science or a related discipline.
• ITIL v3 Foundation certification is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Good learning attitude and strong result and quality driven mindset.
• Excellent command of English and Cantonese, both spoken and written.
• Prior working experience in MNC will be an advantage.
