About the role:

• We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist with solid startup and logistics knowledge.
• This role will provide leadership in SJL-Hong Kong and also align HQ policies and compliance with local's.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting end users in daily IT operations.
• Responsible for the upgrade and maintenance on IT Network Infrastructure, Servers & Applications.
• To perform servers health check.
• To monitor all backup jobs are properly executed and ensure the recovery possibility.
• Manage all users’ requisition and documentation.
• To assist in any other ad-hoc task as and when required. 

Professional Requirement:

• Familiar with Wintel platform, Networking, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, IT Security, Audio/Video Conference.
• Experience in Active Directory, Antivirus, IT Inventory Tool, Office 365.
• Sound knowledge in SAP is a plus.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Experience in supporting end user for their daily IT operations.
• Able to work under minimal supervision and are self-initiative.
• Fluent speak and written in  English and Chinese.
• Able to communicate in Japanese is a plus.
