Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT teams and coordinate with service providers to ensure an efficient and timely delivery of network administration, security, technical support and health IT services
  • Manage IT infrastructure and operations leveraging Microsoft Window Server, Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server, VMWare ESXi Server, Mail gateway server, Veeam backup, Active Directory, DNS, firewall and Cisco switches
  • Engage in project life cycle from business requirement gathering, design, implementation, optimization, trouble-fixing, quality assurance to project implementation
  • Monitor network traffic using PRTG
  • Implement cloud solution for multiple sites
  • Implement IP VPN network technologies in between sites
  • Liaise with senior management to ensure IT services provided are aligned with hospital direction and objectives
  • Propose and identify new IT technologies to improve operational efficiencies and productivities
  • Initiate and evaluate project proposals from vendors
  • Ensure external service providers are meeting agreed service level agreements
  • Define priorities and manage the budgets for IT department

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in IT or related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience within IT with at least 8 years in project management
  • Proven experience in process improvement and successful project implementation
  • Proven leadership skills and business acumen - performance driven
  • Broad strategic thinker with good change management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills with strong communication abilities in both oral and written
  • Good project management skills
  • Good team builder with sound negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities and able to deal with people issues
  • Knowledge and experience in ITIL, CCNP, Window administration and database administration
