Responsibilities:

• install, configure and monitor hardware and software in education environment;
• support user and help desk operation;
• provide IT/AV support to lessons, events and activities;
• diagnose and solve technical issues; and
• manage network and IT facilities in the University.

Applicants should:

• possess a higher diploma or above qualification in related discipline;
• preferably have at least 1 year of relevant working experience;
• have good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• be pleasant with positive mindset, good customer sense and willing to learn new technologies;
• have good knowledge in supporting computing facilities;
• have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• be able to work independently; and
• be willing to work on shift duties (evenings and weekends).
