Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Carry out Windows server, Microsoft application installation and configuration
2. Carry out UC System installation and configuration, including IP Phones, Softphone, VC Endpoint, Headset and servers.
3. Support configuration with SBC or VOIP gateway, including T1/E1, FXS/FXO, SIP.
4. Carry out test plan according to project scopes.
5. Assist with 1st tier support both on and off site
6. Support remote/onsite project work and work requests
7. Update paper work to project manager/Team Lead
8. Work as part of a high-performing team
Requirements :
- Diploma or above in computer science / computer engineering / electronic engineering or related disciplines
- Holder of MCSE/MCSA/MCP are preferable
- Minimum 2 years working experience in engineering position
- Prior Experience in Windows server setup is required.
- Prior Experience in Unified Communication System or Video Conferencing System or Telephony System are highly preferable
- Able to be a Team player
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Willing to learn
