Responsibilities

• Provide infrastructure support such as PC LAN/WAN, server and security
• Implement system upgrade and administration
• Responsible for Installation and deployment of security and technical patches
• Health check and monitor servers and network performance in multiple sites
• Solve users inquiries and technical problems through help desk or onsite service

Requirements

• Certificate or diploma in Computer Studies is preferable
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in trouble shooting and technical support for PC and LAN/WAN
• Good knowledge of common desktop software such as Microsoft desktop products, anti-virus software
• Knowledge in Microsoft Exchange server and help desk software
• Hand-on experience of LAN/WAN administration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua an advantage

Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Analyst.
