Job Description
Description:
- Provide 1st tier support for the trade floor
- Provide OS and application support for Windows 7 / Windows 10, MS Office, MobileIron (MDM)
- Setup of new computers, OS and software installation
- Provide support on Market Data application and installation
- Provide First Level and Second Level IT support to FM Trader Voice and Voice Recorder systems
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving for both IT Hardware and Applications in a timely manner
- Conduct and support BCP Drill
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or above
- Knowledge of Windows XP, 7 and Windows based applications
- Ability to work independently and work under pressure
- Good command in Chinese and English
