Job Description
Job Duties:
- Involved in implementation of network infrastructure projects
- Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN and Firewall equipment and related services
- Monitor & measure the performance & availability of systems proactively; implement corrective actions identified to improve performance & service level availability and capacity planning
- Support service continuity measures i.e., backup/restore procedures & disaster recovery plan
- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
- Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in IT or equivalent
- At least 5 years working experience in network security
- Excellent hands-on experience on enterprise routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, load balancers, DNS, network monitoring, content filtering, IPS and DDOS
- Familiar in different brand of Firewall (ie. Cisco ASA, Juniper & StoneGate etc.)
- Experience on Project Implementation and documentation
- Good communication skill in both English and Chinese (Cantonese)
