Symmetry are an animation production studio specializing in Architecture and the Construction industry.  We are looking for a dynamic member of staff to support our growing team.

Duties:

• Provide technical support to end-users
• Perform backup, hardware/software installation, maintenance and documentation
• Liaise with vendors on IT system and software licensing management
• Liaise with HQ team to implement IT projects

Requirements: 

• Excellent interpersonal skill and proficiency in problem approaching and trouble shooting
• Good command in English and proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
• Passion to learn and work independently
• Knowledge of Autodesk and/or rendering application is an advantage
• Knowledge in Windows Servers & desktop, video conferencing, storage and PABX system is an advantage
• Knowledge in networking, switches, router or firewall is an advantage
• Training can be given to the right candidate
