Detailed Description:

• Provide 2nd tier support, design, maintenance, network and operational support of the internal networks
• Perform routine updates on the task progress and report system errors, incidents and issues on time
• Install, maintain and update the servers, switches, firewalls, virtual environment, and local and remote data center management
• Perform installation, configuration, performance tuning and troubleshoot of servers, network equipment and SAN
• Provide capacity planning for responsible systems in order to support the business growth
• Work and coordinate with vendors for trouble shooting and system implementation
• Participate in project management and execution

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
• MCSE is a preferred. Other industry recognized qualification is desirable
• 3-5 years working experience on supporting distributed regional office IT environments
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Hands-on experience in desktop/server hardware, VM, SAN, Windows platform and networking
• Application and management of mobile devices
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Technical Analyst
