Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain servers and software
- Review & apply application and system changes based on application change control from Project Team
- Provide daily support for internal users such as system training, system upgrade, create user account & administration
- Troubleshoot OS, hardware, storage, software & network problems
- Monitor IT assets and server hardware management
- Monitors application services and reports server related problems to Seniors
- Maintain standard operations documentation
- Coordinate, manage and liaise with SI vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- 3-5 years system administration/helpdesk support experience
- Solid 1-2 years working experience in Linux Systems; Familiar with Linux platform system services: JBoss, Wildfly, Apache, Nginx
- Experience on Oracle DB, MySQL DB would be preferred
- Experience on VMware , HP/Dell SAN would be an added advantage
- Familiar with Windows platform system service: AD, DNS, DHCP, CIFS, Anti-virus
- General knowledge in TCP/IP networking and common server monitoring tools
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and be able to work independently with limited supervision
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
