Job Description:
- Provide user support on PC, network, backup activities, system functions and maintenance
- Assist in system testing, UAT co-ordination before system rollout and during maintenance stage
- Assist in system data administration and maintenance, such as account management, standardization of old and new data
- Assist supervisor in servers and network equipment's monitoring
- Assist in data-entry and files scanning for data conversion from old to new systems and on-going data input for new system
Requirement Details:
- Form 5 or above / Diploma / Certificate in Computer Science or equivalent
- 2 years or above hands on experience in application support/ help desk
- Familiar with, PC LAN support, PC problem diagnosis and end user support
- Solid experience on using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Strong sense of responsibilities, good presentation skills, willing to share knowledge and skills with teammates
