The successful candidate will have an exciting opportunity to join the IT Technical Team with exposure to sizable IT projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day to day system, network and helpdesk support to business units and internal users
• Perform hardware and software system installation and configurations
• Apply production changes to internal application systems and communicate with internal users
• Deliver IT projects and ensure that the project tasks are completed within the project timeline
• Prepare technical documentations including user manual

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information System or a related discipline, certified Microsoft Systems Engineer is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of IT technical and desktop support experience preferably in banking, asset management, securities firms or relevant financial institutions
• Knowledge and experience in PC hardware, standard Microsoft applications, Microsoft Windows, Linux, Scripting language, SAP and Fortigate firewall will be an advantage
• Holder of CCNA/CCNP or network related certification is definitely an advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to work and build relationships with all levels of stakeholders
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a must
