Job Description
Duties:
- To provide technical assistance and support for equipment, such as software, desktop, server, network, hardware, inventory list and solve all computer problems
- To prepare, install and manage equipment such as desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and audio/ visual equipment
- To perform tasks for operations, upgrades, and problem resolution of the system and network
- Troubleshoot internet, telephone, cable, wireless, and network services with IT staff or vendors
- To assist in implementing varies IT projects
- To help with software issues and successful operations
- To perform additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in IT related subjects
- At least 1 year IT support experience, previous TSS experience in highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and work under pressure
- Good command in Chinese and English
