Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced firewall engineer for a firewall consolidation project.
Job Responsibilities
-
Involve in the firewall consolidation project to replace legacy firewalls
-
Consolidate and optimize firewall policy to improve both security and performance
-
Meet and get consensus with different line of business before migration
-
Able to plan optimized and realistic schedule for phases of migration
-
Perform functional and user acceptance tests after firewall deployment
-
Work closely with different teams for service migration and verification
-
Manage and work with vendor for smooth transition
-
Maintain and update technical documentation
Job requirements
-
Minimum 3+ years experiences in PaloAlto/Fortinet/Juniper enterprise firewall
-
Hand-on experiences in firewall deployment projects
-
Understanding of network protocols and standard such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, BGP etc.
-
Effective problem solving skill
-
Holder of professional certifications on CCNA/Juniper/Fortinet/PaloAlto is preferred
- Working Location in Admiralty
