Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, plan, and implement a highly available, scalable, and adaptable end-to-end data environment that addresses longer-term business needs.
• Becoming a Subject Matter Expert for the day to day management of data within the corporate
• Assist enterprise data governance processes to develop corporate standards and ensure users compile with it
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and implement standard controls and processes to improve data quality
• Applying innovative and creative thinking skills when solving complex data problems / managing complex data entry cases
• Providing training on data cleansing and maintenance tasks to user and team members
• Assisting in the development of reports that assess data quality
• Proactively making recommendations on improvements to data quality processes and additional reporting opportunities
• Manage projects to deliver new or enhanced functions of Master Data Management (MDM) solution

  Requirements:

• University degree on Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• 8+ years' relevant experiences in Information Technology with minimum 4 years in design, implement and operate MS SQL Server
• Strong knowledge on enterprise data model design, data preparation, ETL and data integration
• Certification DB Administrator (MCDBA is preferred)
• Proficiency in SQL
• Solid project management experience
• Good communication, interpersonal skills
• Good command of Putonghua would be an advantage
• Experience in SAP Hana is a plus
• Willing to travel occasionally
