Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily technical support on hardware & software related issues to internal users
- Provide network administration to all infrastructure components including firewall, switches, routers and NAS solutions
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in information technology, computer science or related discipline
- At least 2 years working experience in Windows server, SUSE, VMware, VPN and firewall
- Experience in SAP installation and maintenance is a plus
- Knowledge in AWS is a plus
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, good teamwork and able to work independently
