Job Descriptions

• Perform daily helpdesk support on Win PC and software (onsite and offsite including Guangzhou)
• Assist in PC upgrade and inventory update
• Provide solutions to end-users

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines (*Fresh graduates are welcome*)
• Minimum 1 year experience in MS Windows & Office Support
• Knowledge of MS windows servers and / or networking will be an advantage
• Good command of Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Good communications, interpersonal & customer service skills
• Well-organized and able to work independently and pro-actively
