Job Description
Accountabilities – Key Result Areas
- Work with cross-functional teams to propose, evaluate, and prioritize product features to shape the development roadmap of e-Commerce & CRM products.
- Write and deliver product requirement documents for internal stakeholders.
- Guide technical integration of existing products with CRM.
- Triage & prioritize bugs, change requests, work items, & investigation requests.
- Coordinate rapid, smooth, and successfully iterative product launches in close collaboration with Vendors, Internal Engineers and Marketing.
Experience / Qualification Requirements
- 4+ years’ online product management or product design experience, CRM product/e-Commerce platform management experience is a big plus.
- Hands-on technical skills on API testing and Web development.
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written, proven ability to coordinate different teams of Vendors, Internal Engineers and Marketing.
- Fast leaner for complicated online and offline retail business.
- Action orientated, willing get your hands dirty and do what it takes to deliver results.
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
