Job Description
Duties:
- Responsible for maintenance system and network infrastructure, logs monitoring, system security and backup process
- Providing support on Server, Web infrastructure, LAN, VPN, network appliance, database, email system and other computer systems
- To participate for system services delivery
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
- Internal and external IT project implementation
Responsibilities:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or in relevant disciplines
- At least 2-5 years in system and network administration
- Experience in LAN/WAN infrastructure and related network products (Firewall, switches, Web application firewall)
- Experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and/or UNIX /Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, Centos etc.) based environments.
- Candidate with less experience will also be considered
