Responsibilities:

• Support, maintain, upgrade and rollout Windows based platforms, solutions and infrastructures
• Lead a virtual project team to facilitate project implementation, including requirement analysis, solution design and enhancement to company’s IT environment
• Establish and enhance process and workflow of IT infrastructure management
• Prepare technical and design documentation
• Provide 3^rd tiers technical support

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Company Science, information Technology or related discipline
• At least 5 years working experience in all rounded IT infrastructure solution design, maintenance and support in Banking industries or IT related field
• Strong knowledge in Windows OS Management (MDT, SCCM, Symantec Altirls, PowerShell), Window bases infrastructure (AD, Citrix, DHCP, IIS, Share Point) and OS Security (SCM, SEP, SEE, BitLocker, 802.1x)
• Good knowledge in Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, Citrix) and Mobile Devices Management
• A certificate holder in MCSE / MCITP / CCA / CCNA / ITIL
• Self-motivated, proactive and analytical thinking
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
