Responsibilities:

• Assist the implementation of the information security program.
• Monitoring of IT controls.
• Evaluate the control effectiveness of IT operations and maintenance practices.
• Provide guidance to improve the control of information systems.
• Perform vulnerability scan to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Evaluate potential threats associated with emerging technologies, regulations, and industry practices.
• Perform data classification according to IT policies and applicable external requirements.
• Assist the incident response 
• Evaluate IT risks have been sufficiently addressed.

Duties:

1. Perform security monitoring and log review
2. Monitor audit remediation progress 
3. Perform vulnerability scan
4. Conduct policy compliance check
5. Create or maintain Policies, procedures and guideline
6. Incident response
7. Prepare and provide Awareness materials to end users.

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• The holder of (or working towards) information security certification such as CISM, CISA or CISSP is preferred.
• Experience of security monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of establishing business continuity plan.
