Job Description
One of the UK based professional services company is currently looking for a IT Support Analyst to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level technical support to users
- Take ownership and manage tickets you have received or been assigned, either resolving or escalating to the appropriate team
- Support packages including Service Management Tools e.g. call logging software, remote access tools such as Remote Assistance and RDP
- Provide trouble shooting for 1st line issues including but not limited to Microsoft office, Internet, mobile working, worksite, document management, lync
- Provide a high level of customer service within agreed SLA's
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in information technology or other related discipline
- Two years of experience as helpdesk, deskside or IT technical support
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize requests and issues
- Good command of English and Chinese
