Job Description
Our client is looking for a Technical Support
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full support for network, software Installation as well as office networks maintenance;
- Setup, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of networks and servers;
- Assist in reviewing health check procedures and performing health check;
- Handle IT documentation and reporting;
- Perform any other tasks as assigned;
Job Requirement:
- Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or a relevant discipline;
- Knowledge on server and networking administration;
- 10 years solid working experience in IT field;
- Good Command of Mandarin, English and Chinese;
- Strong problem-solving, communication skills, Independent, and able to work under pressure;
- Immediately available will be highly preferred;
