Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Officer for an insurance firm, the role is based in Hong Kong. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years hands on support experience, good Cantonese language skills a must.

Key Responsibilities

Provide IT support to users in relation to hardware, software, networking, voice/video communication as well as IT administration processes.

Liaise with Regional Office for IT support using both email and phone communication.

Maintain a friendly, helpful and two-way communication with the users and offer alternative solutions where possible.

Support the administration of the company’s network.
Requirements
-
Higher diploma holder or above in an IT related discipline

Around 5 years of relevant working experience

Qualifications in networking and other relevant technologies will be a plus
-
Able to communicate in Cantonese and possess the English language skill and the attitude to support users at Executive levels

Good communication and interpersonal skills
