Responsibilities 

• Provide application consultation and support, customization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions 
• Perform system requirement study and design, system setup, data analysis, database management, installation, training, customization, report writing, and support services 

General Requirements 

• Higher Diploma, or Degree in Computing, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related disciplines 
• Good communication, presentation and problem solving skills 
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Independent, initiative, mature, self-motivated, and result-oriented 

Experience Requirements 

• Minimum 1-3 years of solid and relevant experience in consultation, implementation, support, or customization of business application software (e.g. CRM, HRM, Accounting, ERP etc), of which at least 2 years in CRM 
• Good knowledge of CRM 
• Relevant experience in one or more international ERP software (such as Microsoft, Sage, Salesforce etc) is preferable 
• Applicant with less experience may be considered as Associate Consultant
