a Listed Telecommunication Company is looking for Network Specialist to join their expanding team, details below.

Job Duties: 

• Lead a 7 x 24 operation team on network surveillance, tier 1 and tier 2 engineering support, on-going Move and Change of network equipment
• Responsible for the IT service management processes and practices implementation and operations and continuous service improvement
• Deliver technical consultancy as well as documentation on network capacity, performance and utilization report
• Regular review with equipment vendor on Hardware and Software vulnerability and bug and derive recommendation
• Develop and motivate sub-coordinates to uplift their performance through training, coaching, teamwork and organizing sectional activities
• Ensure an effective Tier 2 Operation Support especially focusing on incident, problem and change management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in networking or system integration
• Good knowledge in implementing networking solutions
• Good understanding of the IT service management process is PLUS (e.g. ITIL)
• Certification of Cisco is preferred
