Responsibilities: 

• Take part in the research and development of ground-breaking digital innovations for driving NWCL business forward;
• Conduct feasibility study and sharing session to business and application teams to facilitate awareness of best practices, trends in the market and digital adoptions;
• Support senior management and teams across different business functions (Executive Office, Property Sales, Property Services, Membership Services, Construction Management) to explore proposition and refine innovative solutions to ensure alignment with company strategic intent;
• Engage project teams and external strategic partners for evaluation, collaborative development of innovative solutions from proof-of-concept to realization;
• Lead the innovation projects along the entire project life cycle from feasibility study, proof-of-concept, business case, planning, development, implementation to post implementation improvement;
• Drive the rollout of innovative solution as Group standard to all NWCL business units;
• Collaborate with application & technology infrastructure teams for addressing seamless integration and protection of business data.

Requirements:

• University degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;
• At least 2 years’ experience in application development and/or innovation solution development;
• Open minded with strong understanding of the key trends in technology innovations, particularly real estates and customer services;
• Ability to think laterally and innovatively to find creative solutions;
• Strong communication, negotiation, influencing skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and external partners;
• Experience managing new product launches and complex innovation projects related to Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / IOT / Big Data/;
• Experience with statistical modeling tools and data visualization tools;
• Hands-on experience in R, Python, BI, Splunk, Microsoft SQL, and Cloud based tools an advantage;
• Well organized, independent, self-motivated and good team player;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua; and occasional PRC travel is required.
