Job Description

Successful candidate will be assigned to client's site for IT helpdesk supporting

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and professional technology support to business stakeholders on-site or remotely
  • Work closely with L1 support team in other countries
  • Responsible for trouble shooting, diagnosing and solving issues for users across desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and etc.
  • Review and escalate any issues to L3 support team in global office

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computing
  • At least 1-2 years of help desk support or trouble shooting experience  
  • Experiences with using/supporting Windows Server / Operating System, Mac OS
  • Good communication skills
