Job Description
Successful candidate will be assigned to client's site for IT helpdesk supporting
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and professional technology support to business stakeholders on-site or remotely
- Work closely with L1 support team in other countries
- Responsible for trouble shooting, diagnosing and solving issues for users across desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and etc.
- Review and escalate any issues to L3 support team in global office
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computing
- At least 1-2 years of help desk support or trouble shooting experience
- Experiences with using/supporting Windows Server / Operating System, Mac OS
- Good communication skills
