Job Description
Requirements
- University graduate with 3-4 years experience in administrative support (financial or securities organization preferable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - especially Good English/Chinese (traditional & simplified) writing skill is a must
- Proficient PC skill of MS office: Word, Excel for data analysis, Chinese Word Processing and MS Outlook
- Independent, presentable, well-organized, detail-minded and proactive
- Willing to work under pressure and multi-tasking with good business sense
- Preferred SFC License Holder, but not a requirement
- Company will sponsor the candidate's SFC License application, based on job performance
Job Duties
- Mainly provides full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Company Executives
- Prepare correspondences, business reports, presentations, proposals and other professional documents as required
- Provides support in the investment portfolio reporting
- Coordinates and follow-up clients’ enquires in their securities and stock options investment
- Handle special projects and perform ad hoc duties
