Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage company’s System, APPS and Website, update and input data regularly
• Handle the online membership application and orders, assist members to activate the accounts and provide solution to customers about the system usage problem
• Prepare relevant documents for the system, such as system configuration, operation guide, user manual, training manual, etc.
• Communicate and cooperate with IT team and programmer closely
• Monitor and check whether the problems and bugs in APPS and website are resolved
• Assist in preparation of seminars and training courses
• Provide simple IT support and responsible for hardware and software installation, update and maintenance
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
• May need to go to Mainland China

Requirements:

• F.5 or above in related disciplines
• 1-2 years relevant experience in website system support
• Highly motivated team player with positive and proactive attitude
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Experience in property industry is preferred
• Immediately available is preferred
