Job Description
Duties
- To lead small team in providing project implementation and post-sales maintenance on networking and Cisco IPT solution
- To provide technical account service to major customers
- To provide pre-sales support and analyze customer requirements to provide low level network design
- To perform emergency call out to customers
- To prepare documentation, test plan and customer configuration to the projects
- To conduct operational training and briefing to customers
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer, Information Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience in large scale networking and IPT implementation and maintenance support
- Solid experience on heterogeneous network environment (Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Juniper), Cisco security or Cisco IPT system
- Solid experience in campus network design
- Holder of CCNP, HCNP, H3CSE or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill
- Mature, responsible and self-motivated
- Good customer services skill and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
