To give users a peace of mind in electronic data and communication. We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator who will run, administer and organise all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Project Manager, aiming at the flawless execution of the project.

Job Duties

• Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
• Help prepare project proposals, schedule and budget plan
• Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate along with project status adequately to all participants
• Adopt project management tools to monitor project progress and budget control
• Issue all appropriate legal paperwork
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

Requirements

• Diploma or above in a related disciplines
• 2 years’ experience in project management with related field
• Previous experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects
• Excellent client-facing and inter-personal communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Mandarin
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Working knowledge of IT field and of project management tools
• Holder of PMP / PRINCE II certificate is a plus
