Job Description
Duties:
- Providing 1st line support for system and PC problems as well as diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Responsible for new builds and upgrades of PC software and hardware
- Troubleshoots and provides timely resolution to PC and printer issues including on-the-spot problem solving for end users
- Install, configure and support all company hardware - including printers, routers etc.
Requirements:
- Higher Certificate or above in Information Technology or equivalent qualifications with at least 1-year experience in a technical support role
- Good understanding of PC/Laptop hardware
- Windows 7/8/11 OS, MAC OS & the MS Office suite will be an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese
- HK permanent resident is required
- Candidate with less experience will be also considered
