Our Client is one of the Global Financial Institution with a successful record and outstanding performance across the globe. They have been aggressively expanding the business across the Globe in the past 5 years. They are currently looking for the Global Cloud Architect in the Global IT Team to As a key, top-level contributor, the Cloud Architect will design, document and facilitate the build and configuration of complex, global infrastructure initiatives using Azure across the globe.

Main Responsibilities:

• Cloud Integration – Lead the technical planning to identify workloads that may benefit from movement to the Azure and manage the execution and delivery of the Cloud Integration project
• Cloud Deployment/Optimization - Deploy workloads in optimal manner through the use of automation into cloud environment.
• DevOPs Model Adoption - Within framework of the Company stack, identify opportunities to deploy Infrastructure as code to streamline changes and explore automation opportunities to deliver services quicker and more consistent to the business whether in the cloud or on-premise.

Other Responsibilities: 

• Office 365 administration and productivity support.
• Work closely with the existing infrastructure team to ensure smooth delivery and provide the best performance and cost effective solutions on Azure.
• Lead and mentor in-house team in the migration of servers, applications and services to Azure in financial services industry.
• Support the COO in identifying future business opportunities from emerging technologies and high-performance computing environment and implement robust change management across the business.
• Ensure Security, Continuity, Flexibility and Maintenance of Cloud environment

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture with 5+ years of HANDS-ON experience in Azure
• Strong background and extensive knowledge in core Microsoft server/ desktop technologies
• Solid knowledge and experience in AD, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, O365, Azure platform
• Hands-on experience in Virtualization and related technologies (preferably on VMware and Hyper-V)
• Good command of spoken and written English
