Responsibility:
- Support clients on using Enterprise Procurement Management System (EPMS)
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries by calls and emails promptly
- Work with back-end technical consultant for the system support
- Perform system administration and operational support duties
- Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor, including testing, training and documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any discipline.
- 1 – 3 years working experience, fresh graduates are welcomed
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi task
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skill
- Willing to learn new knowledge in procurement and tendering practice
- Immediate availability is an advantage
