Job Description
Job Responsibilities |
Work in the customer care team to provide full support to clients’ inquiries and solution guides |
Provide quality and professional customer services |
Maintain good relationship with both prospective and existing clients |
Carry out various administrative duties |
Record inquiries into CRM system |
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned |
Job Requirements |
Afternoon shift Required (working hours align with European time, 16:00-24:30 HKT) |
Relevant experience is preferred |
Good command / native in English |
Native Spanish proficiency is a plus |
Good communication, problem solving and presentation skills |
Detailed-mind, Good interpersonal skills, mature, Self-motived and strong sense of responsibilities |
Proficiency in PC application – MS Office |
