Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Work in the customer care team to provide full support to clients’ inquiries and solution guides

Provide quality and professional customer services

Maintain good relationship with both prospective and existing clients

Carry out various administrative duties

Record inquiries into CRM system

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Afternoon shift Required (working hours align with European time, 16:00-24:30 HKT)

Relevant experience is preferred

Good command / native in English

Native Spanish proficiency is a plus

Good communication, problem solving and presentation skills

Detailed-mind, Good interpersonal skills, mature, Self-motived and strong sense of responsibilities

Proficiency in PC application – MS Office
